Dave Climber Dave Graham just sent his project, “Bridge of Ashes” giving the grade of V15. The new line is located near the road in Estes Park, in an area named Elkland. It has been described as a blunt and powerful prow! Dave Graham wrote on The Island ”I’m not taking any chances,” . “I started doing push-ups. And even sit-ups. The Colorado winter weather conditions and sharp granite were both factors while projecting the line.”He further wrote, (on the Island), “The terrible left hand crux hold is a tip splitter and a session ender”. The first race in the 2013 Adventure Racing World Series (ARWS) took place last week in the diverse and challenging landscapes of Ecuador at the 11th edition of ‘Huairasinchi‘. The race title means ‘Spirit of the Wind’ and before the 51 teams started the race they formed the race logo for a photo to be taken from a helicopter above them. The favourites in the elite category were ‘Team Ecuador Explorer’, who had won on home soil last year and were defending their title.
